The systems that turn your team into a leveraged team.

Modern business runs on software. We design custom applications, automate the workflows that bleed time, connect the tools that should already talk to each other, and use AI where it actually pays for itself — so your people stop doing work that software should be doing.

Why this matters

Every business is a software business whether they know it or not.

The companies winning in your market aren't necessarily smarter or better-funded — they're more leveraged. Their teams ship more because the software handles the repetitive work. Their decisions are faster because the data is already in front of them. Their processes are tighter because the tools enforce them automatically. Without that leverage, you're competing with one hand tied behind your back.

The compounding cost of manual work: an analyst spending two hours a day on data wrangling burns ~500 hours a year. Across a small team, that's a full headcount's worth of effort spent on work that custom software could do in seconds. The question isn't whether to invest in software — it's whether you can afford not to.
What we build

From "this is killing us" to "this runs itself."

We work across the full software stack — process design, custom apps, integrations, AI workflows. The goal is the same regardless of which one you need: take work off your team's plate without taking control away from them.

Workflow Automation

Power Automate, n8n, Make, Zapier — and bespoke automation where the off-the-shelf platforms hit their ceiling. We map the manual processes burning your team's hours and rebuild them as flows that run themselves and surface only the decisions that genuinely need a human.

Custom App Development

Internal tools, customer-facing portals, and operational dashboards built with modern stacks (Node, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL). Designed around how your team actually works — not how a generic SaaS thinks they should.

Integrations & APIs

Your CRM, ERP, accounting, helpdesk, and the dozen other tools your business runs on — connected, deduplicated, and kept in sync. We build the glue layer that turns isolated SaaS into one coherent system of record.

AI-Assisted Workflows

Practical AI where it earns its keep: document extraction, intelligent routing, summarization, anomaly detection, customer-facing assistants grounded in your data. Not AI for the demo — AI that quietly removes hours from someone's week.

Cloud & Modernization

Legacy app migration, monolith-to-services where it matters, containerization, CI/CD, and the operational discipline to keep cloud spend honest. We modernize what blocks your team — and leave alone what works.

Mobile & PWAs

Field workforces, customer-facing tools, internal apps for the people who never sit at a desk. Progressive Web Apps where they fit, native where they don't — always tied back into the same data and identity as the rest of your stack.

Software · Modern Business

The org chart doesn't run your business — your software does.

Every team that beats yours to a deal, every competitor who scales without doubling headcount, every business that absorbs more work without grinding to a halt — they all have one thing in common. Their software does the work software should do. Their people do the work only people can. That distinction is what separates a thriving modern business from a stressed one — and it's exactly what we build.

Common questions

What clients ask before they start.

Do you build from scratch or recommend off-the-shelf when it fits?

Off-the-shelf first, every time. If a $40/user SaaS solves the problem, we'll tell you. We only build custom when off-the-shelf forces too many compromises in how your business actually works — and even then we lean on platforms (Power Automate, low-code, headless services) to keep things maintainable.

How long does a typical project take?

An automation flow: 1–3 weeks. A useful internal tool: 4–8 weeks for an MVP. A full integration layer or modernization: 3–6 months in phases. We ship in increments and validate as we go — no 18-month waterfalls.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code lives in your repo (or one we set up in your name), the cloud accounts are yours, and the documentation hands off cleanly. You can take over in-house at any point or hand it to a different vendor — your business isn't held hostage by us.

Can you work with our in-house dev team?

Yes — that's often the best model. We focus on the work your team doesn't have bandwidth for and transfer knowledge as we go. Some of our best engagements end with the client's team owning everything we built.

What about AI? Is this just buzz?

We use AI where it has a real ROI today — document processing, classification, summarization, retrieval-augmented assistants on your internal data. We don't ship AI features that exist for the press release.
